3. Purpose of the treatment
Pupapazza processes the personal data that the user has provided on the Site in connection with the use of the Site.
In particular, your personal data can be used for the following purposes:

We also point out that Pupapazza uses a third-party tool (ie Google Analytics) for statistical and marketing purposes only. However, the data is managed in a completely anonymized form. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
Pupapazza will not use the data provided for purposes other than those listed above, to which the interested user has subscribed, and only within the limits indicated from time to time in any further specific information accompanying the different, specific service possibly requested by the user.

4. Retention of personal data
Pupapazza will keep the user’s information within the terms required by current legislation and, in any case, for as long as necessary to perform the service requested by the User (order fulfillment), or required by the purposes described in this document.
In particular, the data provided by the user for access to the reserved area will be kept as long as his account is active. On the other hand, the data necessary for tax purposes are kept until the assessments relating to the corresponding tax period are defined, therefore for at least 10 years and more if the related annuity is not yet prescribed for tax purposes.
Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are further purposes for the conservation of the same, in particular the onset of judicial and extrajudicial disputes. In all cases, at any time, the User can always request the interruption of the processing or the cancellation of the data.
5. Security and transfer of personal data
The transfer, storage and processing of user data that are collected through the Site are ensured through appropriate technical measures. All user information is protected with the password that the user himself has chosen; passwords are not recorded in clear text but are protected with 512-bit SHA-2 technology. Furthermore, the site is provided on an HTTPS encrypted connection. User data is collected, archived and stored on a secure server, protected by a Cisco firewall and physically located in Germany in a web farm with controlled access. Each superuser access occurs under military-grade encryption protection (with 4096-bit DH asymmetric keys).
6. Transfer of data to third parties
Pupapazza does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, Pupapazza may provide user data to third parties for certain processes such as, for example, the shipment / fulfillment of an order at the user’s request. In these cases, in fact, Pupapazza may transmit part of the user’s data to third party transport specialists (Express Courier). These third parties will process the user’s personal data in full compliance with current legislation. User data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Only if Pupapazza is required to do so by law, personal data will be provided to the competent Authorities.
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here the information page of the Italian Guarantor), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
Pupapazza has appointed ITLAB Srl as the web agency responsible for the site’s security updates. ITLAB Srl could view the user’s data in the performance of its functions, during maintenance and / or assistance on the site.
